Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Wings Up Consultancy at any time. Once processed, your account, profile, applications, and all associated personal data will be permanently removed.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Profile information (name, contact, qualifications)
Uploaded documents and resume/CV
Job applications submitted
Job postings (for institutes)
Session and usage data linked to your account

What may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required by Indian law (e.g. GST/financial records for 7 years). These will be kept in anonymised or legally-required form only.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected] with:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Your registered email address
Your full name
Your account type (Faculty / Non-Academic / Institute)

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
