By accessing or using Wings Up Consultancy ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm this.

2. User Roles

The Platform serves three types of users: Faculty, Non-Academic Professionals, and Institutes. Each role has specific permissions. You may only register under the role that accurately describes you.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All information you provide must be accurate and up to date
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Institute Obligations

• Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and lawful
• Institutes must not post misleading or discriminatory listings
• Institutes are solely responsible for hiring decisions

5. Candidate Obligations

• All profile information, qualifications, and documents must be authentic
• Submitting false credentials is grounds for immediate account termination

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Post spam, false reviews, or misleading content
• Harass or abuse other users

7. Coupons & Payments

Coupon codes are issued at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. Payments, where applicable, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform is the property of Wings Up Consultancy. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes. We are a platform connecting parties; we are not a party to any employment agreement between institutes and candidates.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wings Up Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vikas Puri, New Delhi – 110018.
